LANSING, Mich. —Michigan Veteran Homes D.J. Jacobetti(MVHDJJ) is hosting their 27th annual Charity Golf Outing at the Marquette Golf Course at 1075 Grove St., Marquette, MI on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 10 a.m.

WHO: Michigan Veteran Homes D.J. Jacobetti members, leadership, staff, volunteers, sponsors and golfers.
WHAT: 27th Annual Charity Golf Outing to be held in support of life enrichment activities that improve the quality of life for members.

Jacobetti (MVHDJJ) and the Michigan Elks Association will hold a Flag Day ceremony at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14 in the chapel at 425 Fisher St., Marquette. The event will be led by Marquette Elks Lodge #405, Ishpeming Elks Lodge #447 and Negaunee Elks Lodge #1116.

MVH Reaches Agreement to Purchase Property in Marquette Township for Future Site of MVHDJJ

LANSING, Mich. — Michigan Veteran Homes (MVH) has entered into an agreement with a private seller to acquire 38+ acres of land in Marquette Township. The subject property sits south of Marquette Cinemas, east of Wright Street and includes donated acres in honor of the property owner’s late father, U.S. Army Veteran Edward F. Scott.
