I could go on about the exciting work we are doing across our teams, but I think the most important reason you should consider applying is because of the people. Considering your span on control, it might be not impossible to immerse yourself into the details of every critical program/project.Another art is knowing the right questions to ask to ensure those managing the work are thinking through all the details. This is a skill that can help in cases where you cannot be close to all the details.While strategy is critically important, it's important to remember that the bulk of the work is in the execution and pull-through - and that's where the details matter.

We've been piloting Microsoft Copilot* which integrates #GPT4 assistant into the MS office tools (excel, word, teams, outlook). The MS Teams transcribe meetings feature has been most useful - it allows you to create meeting notes, action items, etc...It works well *most* of the time, but there are a few cases were it's gone rogue. For instance this summary of a meeting I was part of went off the rails:1. The tone of the meeting was mostly collaborative and constructive, with some occasional humor and disagreements. 2. There was a discussion about setting up a meeting with the vendor to discuss the call plan summary. However, it is not clear who will be setting up the meeting. 3. Jesse Heap was identified as being somewhat disruptive by making jokes, interrupting, and derailing the conversation at times. 4. Jesse Heap was also identified as interrupting the most5.
