Guest service was great. The hotel rooms are small, there is no microwave in the rooms. Price does not equivilate the quality of the hotel. Real close to sea world.

Great stay and in close proximity to SeaWorld. Bummed there was no transportation to the park though. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay close to SeaWorld.

We received one set of towels for our room. The first day room service cleaned the room they removed them. The lady said she would bring more. For the remaining of my trip so had no towels and rags and I called from desk all day and they never bought any up.

Checked in at 3:30 and our room was not ready. They provided another room with a view of a construction area. Room Service was very slow. Requested a clothing iron that was delivered an hour after the request. Was sold a breakfast package that claimed to have a menu and prepared food. It was buffet-style and not worth the money.Good, really cheap place to stay for one night. Would not recommend extended stays. Will pay a little more in the future for a higher quality place to stay.

We enjoyed the property. The room was a different style than other hotels. Overall it was good though.

We arrived early, and the front desk person; I believe there name was Natalie helped us check in then. The property is clean, in the mix of everything. Would definitely recommend

Overall the stay hotel was great. Clean ect. But my experience was irritating. When I arrived I had to wait 25-35 minutes to be checked in because no one was working the counter. Then when I did check in, they did not have my king bed reservation.

The stay was great. Just the parking was full but it’s was ok . The only thing when you stand outside there was a small of gas . But other than that it’s was amazing. It’s a must do again . Me and my family are very happy.

Is our second time. My only claim is about the parking cost, is to much per night $24.

The hotel is very clean and centrally located. It’s very easy to go anywhere from the property. Staff is super friendly, they make sure you know everything when you check in and whenever you need anything they are quick to assist or accomodate. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Orlando.

There are a few pros and cons when staying at this hotel first I would like to say this hotel is right up my alley. I love the vibe and it's so trendy inside!! The downfall is there is no free breakfast you have to pay for it and the housekeeping barely speaks any English. The shower takes 10 minutes to warm up and it's lukewarm, but I did notice on other days it was hot water so I guess it just depends which is weird but still took 5 minutes to warm up. We walked everywhere from the hotel, Seaworld aquatica discovery Cove and to the fast food restaurants around into the dollar store to get snacks at WaWa. Like a 10-15 minute walk to all those things. Aloft has the cuttest out door area as well! And aloft is connected to another hotel next door that does offer free breakfast it's called the element! Overall pleased with my stay but some things could have been better, I would definitely stay again though the front desk workers were very nice!
